Coaching Subscription Policy

 

 


Quick summary


1) Scope

This policy applies to all active coaching subscriptions (Clarity, Momentum, VIP). Plan-specific inclusions (e.g., session frequency, access level) are shown on each plan’s product page.

2) Scheduling window

All coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within the current billing month, based on your original charge date.

3) No rollovers

To preserve calendar availability and maintain coaching momentum, unused sessions expire at month-end. If you anticipate a lighter month, please pause or switch plans prior to renewal.

4) Rescheduling & cancellations

Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions canceled within 24 hours or no-shows are forfeited. (We recommend booking early to secure preferred times.)

5) Welcome Strategy Call

Every new subscription includes a one-time 30-minute Welcome Strategy Call before your first coaching session (VIP: required). If you completed a pre-purchase discovery call, that may serve as your Welcome Call.

6) Pausing & plan changes

You may pause your subscription or change plans (upgrade/downgrade) before your renewal date; changes take effect the next billing cycle. Use the customer portal: Manage Subscription (Pause/Change) → [link to your customer portal].

7) Billing & renewals

You are charged at checkout and then monthly on the same date. Renewals are non-refundable once processed. New-client promotions (e.g., 10% off the first month) apply to the initial charge only unless otherwise stated.

8) Momentum & VIP access

Between-session support is provided per plan. Typical response time is 24–48 business hours. VIP includes a quarterly review and a personalized growth plan with milestones.

9) The 1% Journal

Active subscribers receive access to The 1% Journal (guided prompts + habit builder). Access pauses if your subscription is paused or canceled.

10) Coach rescheduling

If Brock Coaching must reschedule, you’ll be offered a make-up slot within 30 days of the original appointment.

11) Company-paid subscriptions

Invoices/receipts are available upon request. Employer policies may add requirements; this policy remains in effect for the coaching subscription.

12) Time zone & holidays

Scheduling follows the coach’s published availability and observed holidays. Time-zone differences may limit certain slots.
